Definitely. Many providers come to us because they wish to refresh their branding or revamp their old sites. Some providers prefer us to handle the tech stuff so they can focus on their business. We’re here to help with whatever you need.
Is your system easy to use?
Yes! We have an inhouse CMS (ParamourPages) integrated into our websites to allow easy website edits. We also use WordPress on our custom sites for scalability. Technical knowledge isn’t required, as we can handle all these for you. No need to chase down your webmaster or pay them an hourly rate just for updates.
Are the bonus items (e.g. photo blurring, domain privacy, SSL certificate) recurring for each year?
Yes, the items are listed with their annual values and are refreshed each year. These cover the following: Photo Blurring (10 images), domain privacy and SSL certificate (annual). Under the Essential Package, you may also choose to refresh your website with a new template each year, at no additional cost.
Is copywriting or SEO included in your service?
Copywriting, SEO, and blog management are not the same as web design, and thus not included as standard (only under Privé). We can provide a professional copywriting service separately if required.

Can I trust you with my personal information, photos, and to act on my behalf?

Also, your information and photos are deleted 60 days after your order is complete, if no further edits are required.

Why is a deposit required?
A deposit is necessary, after many cases where we spend considerable time and cost to complete a provider’s order in good faith, only for them to cancel or become unreachable. Hence for new clients, a 3 month commitment is required to book in their order. This is fully refundable within 48 hours as long as no work has commenced.
What do you need from me to start?
You should have at least 8-12 hi-resolution professional photos, or have at least booked in a photo shoot (no selfies please). It also helps to have your text copy ready (unless you’ve ordered copywriting services from us).
How long will it take to complete my order?
We try to complete your order as fast as possible. As a guide, the Essential package will take 6-8 business days to deliver. Privé is an escort assistant service with different inclusions and is handled differently.
How does billing work?
Billing will only commence after your prepaid deposit is used. An invoice is sent upon completion of your order, stating the commencement of the billing period. Payments are processed weekly thereafter through auto-debit. A valid card on file is required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no questions asked. The initial deposit is non-refundable if work has already started. After the initial commitment period, you may cancel your service anytime by emailing us.
