Which package should I go with?

Most clients start with Essential—it gives you everything you need to launch a polished, professional website and brand to maintain your online presence. If you just need the core package, go with this.

Custom are bespoke website design packages, for those who seek something unique, and even more hands-on support behind the scenes. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re established or growth-focused, Paramour Designs does some of the best work in the space for your brand to stand out.

I already have an existing website and my own domain name. Can I still use your service?

Definitely. Many providers come to us because they wish to refresh their branding or revamp their old sites. Some providers prefer us to handle the tech stuff so they can focus on their business. We’re here to help with whatever you need.

Is your system easy to use?

Yes! We have an inhouse CMS (ParamourPages)  integrated into our websites to allow easy website edits. We also use WordPress on our custom sites for scalability. Technical knowledge isn’t required, as we can handle all these for you. No need to chase down your webmaster or pay them an hourly rate just for updates.

Are the bonus items (e.g. photo blurring, domain privacy, SSL certificate) recurring for each year?

Yes, the items are listed with their annual values and are refreshed each year. These cover the following: Photo Blurring (10 images), domain privacy and SSL certificate (annual). Under the Essential Package, you may also choose to refresh your website with a new template each year, at no additional cost.

Is copywriting or SEO included in your service?

Copywriting, SEO, and blog management are not the same as web design, and thus not included as standard items. We can provide a professional copywriting service separately if required.

Also, your information and photos are deleted 60 days after your order is complete, if no further edits are required.

Why is a deposit required?

What do you need from me to start?

How long will it take to complete my order?

We try to complete your order as fast as possible. As a guide, the Essential package will take 6-8 business days to deliver. Custom designs take longer at 2-3 weeks to delivery.

How does billing work?

Billing will only commence after your prepaid deposit is used. An invoice is sent upon completion of your order, stating the commencement of the billing period. Payments are processed weekly thereafter through auto-debit. A valid card on file is required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no questions asked. The initial deposit is non-refundable if work has already started. After the initial commitment period, you may cancel your service anytime by emailing us.

What is your aftersales support like?

Not just that, there are no additional charges for any email consultation, updates you prefer us to handle, or issues that need attention. We don’t nickel and dime our clients.
